Shipping and delivery of orders
On the working days of the warehouse (Tuesday to Friday) and provided that the ordered items are in stock and ordered before 12 noon, they will be shipped the same day. The delivery itself takes place, as indicated below.
Shipping and packaging costs
We use two rates for shipping, depending on the total order amount. The shipping costs are the same for all payment options. All prices include VAT - except for the UK:

DDU/DAP
All orders are placed through this webshop are shipped from the Netherlands under the DDU/DAP Incoterm 20 rule:
Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) is an international trade term meaning the seller is responsible for ensuring goods arrive safely to a destination; the buyer is responsible for the costs of export documents, import duties (EU to UK = 0%) and the UK VAT. Under the Delivered At Place (DAP) Incoterm rules, the seller is responsible for delivery of the goods, ready for unloading and at the named place of destination. The seller assumes all risks involved including the unloading.

Please note: the transport amounts above are based on a VAT rate of 21%. If the VAT in your country is different, this will be reflected in the transport amount shown to you.
Postage costs:
The shipping costs calculated by us are never just the stamp and the packaging. The products must be removed from the warehouse, they must be packaged, an address sticker must be printed, the payment must be processed, etc. Even an order for a single product takes us at least 10 minutes. The shipping costs are therefore never cost-effective, we always aim for that.
Delivery:
Your order will be delivered from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 17:00. No time guarantee applies to the Wadden Islands, Zeeuws Vlaanderen, Belgium and Luxembourg and other international shipments, as well as on Saturdays, if indicated. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be offered to your neighbors unless you have indicated that this is not desirable. In this case you will receive a card with the telephone number of the delivery person in your mailbox from the delivery person. You must contact them for a 2nd delivery appointment.
Shipping method:
Alle-Ophangsystemen.nl has your package delivered in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany by GLS Express and in the rest of Europe by TNT-Express/Fedex. And most Packages are insured and sent with signature for receipt.
Track & Trace:
Track your packages and freight online. Always and everywhere. You just need to enter your tracking numbers. You can also track your packages and freight in real time.
Help with ordering
Find rails, wires, hooks, etc. via the menu:
1. First choose the main category.
2. Then choose the type of rail you are looking for. e.g. “Wall systems”
3. You can then click on the next category, so that you get closer and closer to the item you want. If you are not sure what type of product you are actually looking for, enter a keyword in the “search” box at the top right.
4. Choose the quantity of the desired article and click on "order". The item is now added to the shopping cart at the top right.
5. Repeat these steps until you are done shopping.
For all other items:

To find articles with the search function:
Fill in the search field right above the product you are looking for as specifically as possible. If there are too many results, try refining the search term. The search criteria may consist of several words (separated by spaces). You can also search by item number if you know it.

Cancel order
If you wish to cancel an order, this is only possible if the order has not yet been processed. We advise you to make the cancellation known as soon as possible by telephone during opening hours on number +31 85-4010928. At other times, send an email to info@perfecthangingsystems.co.uk
If the order has already been processed, you can request a return number after receiving the package to return the package to us. In this case, shipping costs are for your account.
It is also possible to collect products from us. Our warehouse is open for collection from Tuesday to Friday from 09:30 to 17:00.
Pick up order

However, you must always first place an online order and pay for it. Although we deliver almost the entire range from stock, it is possible to be sure of sufficient stock in this way. When ordering, indicate that you want to pick it up. Of course, you do not pay any delivery costs when picking up.
